  • Custom designed all Strength in Numbers/Power in Connection's email marketing campaigns to be visually appealing to target audiences, which resulted in the average open rate of emails to 26.69% and an average CTR of 14.56%. These metrics are a higher success rate than the average results across all industries. 

     

University of Miami Center for the Humanities

  • Designed all email marketing using HTML and Adobe Creative Cloud software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Dreamweaver. 

  • Performed A/B testing for various email marketing campaigns to determine which email presentation worked effectively.

  • Used CVENT as a customer relationship management (CRM) software to organize target audiences and contact groups for e-marketing campaigns as well as coordinated campaign schedules for email automation. 

  • By custom designing all of the UM Center for the Humanities' email marketing campaigns to be visually appealing to target audiences, this has resulted in the average open rate of emails to 25% and an average CTR of 4.6%. These metrics are a higher success rate than the average results across all industries.
